Dr. Thomas is a clinical psychologist, health care educator, internationally recognized expert in pain and pediatric health, and founder and CEO of the nonprofit The Meg Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering families around pain and medical anxiety. She brings 25 years of experience to helping patients and families discover the many ways they can have more control over their own mental and physical health.

Psychotherapy Practice Description

She utilizes a biopsychosocial perspective, with an emphasis on the role of self-regulation, the importance of increasing coping skills and building on existing strengths.
